布羅克斯本區度假屋

「This house was nice and cozy for our few nights we spent in London. We had a big group but there was room for everyone and we all slept comfortably. The house was nice and clean and matched the description.」

「It was good that it was pet friendly and not far from M25It was clean and provided all that we needed」

「The house was modern, clean, well furnished and comfortable. It was in a good location for what we wanted to do and we had a great weekend.」

「new and clean property. staff are friendly. enjoyed the coffee machine available in the lounge too.」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「係自己家一樣的住宿」

「Convenient place, nice staff」

「Generally fine. But cleaning room only once every two days is not acceptable at this price point.」

「Overall it is good and satisfactory 」

Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「地點遠主要景點不是太近，樓下有tesco是絕大優勢，有一位女職員很友善，另一位男職員比較欠缺耐性」

「Location is great, staffs are so friendly, my room is prefect! However, the hotel without lift, if the luggage is heavy and live in high floor, may not be so convenient.」

「Room is spacious, a small yet well functioned kitchen. Free good coffee available whole day」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...
