Excellent aparthotel located in London’s east side, close to the Tower of London and Spitalfield Market. Clean, metro easy to access, excellent WiFi, well situated with nice restaurants within walking distance. We would absolutely stay again!

Would stay again. Next to the train tracks but train was not raining at night. Very clean. Windows can open for fresh air. Has everything we need. Breakfast was decent. Everyone working there was very nice

Honestly, we were a little dubious as there were some less than stellar reviews recently but the place was lovely! Relaxed check in and the people behind the counter were courteous and friendly. The room was a lot bigger than we imagined with a large bed, kitchen area and a very nice shower. There’s also a fridge so bring some milk for that cup of tea in the morning. I’m only going to say one negative thing which was that our particular room was quite close to the train line - and as a light sleeper, and coupled with my wife’s snoring the room had a bit of noise to it, more than I’d like personally, but the Mrs slept like a log so that’s on me really! One nice touch was that even though check out was at 10am they’re happy to look after your bags until whenever you decide to come back. 9.5/10. Would stay again - albeit in a different room!

These apartments are great in their size, layout, amenities and quality of the fixtures and fittings. You’re located in a good part of London giving you access to all of Londons attractions being in easy reach. Breakfast is good value for money too. The staff are super friendly, and helpful . My only gripe is that they don’t have the resources for a very basic guest need. I’m disabled and had a lot of luggage. No one assisted me to and from my room. I had to do 4 runs from reception to my room while the staff watched. They don’t have the manpower to leave the front unattended.

We booked this room for a weekend in June, it was very central (near Tower Bridge) and very nice. We were on the 4th floor and they had a lift for our cases which was good. The breakfast was nice and the rooms are very spacious! The best hotel in London centrally for us and worked out one of the cheapest too! Would definitely recommend 👌

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome here. The room is super clean and modernly decorated. There are two lifts (one is larger than the other) and a large area where breakfast is served from 6:30am-10:00am. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come again!

Rockwell East is a clean, spacious property at the heart of London. Minutes away from the Tower of London and extremely walkable to many attractions of London. The room had a small kitchenette that I found very useful- especially when traveling with family with food allergies etc. The property itself might be a bit old and there are quite a few dents, stains on the rug etc- however, overall it felt clean. I did not eat there so cannot comment on the food and drinks. The check in was quick, the property felt safe. My room was on the 5th floor and it faced the train tracks but there was enough sound proofing to allow me a restful sleep. The property is on a corner lot and Uber driver had a hard time getting there. We had to go and wait at a nearby hotel for pickup. The checkout time is early at 10:00 AM but this was communicated in advance. There is a luggage storage available. Overll a good stay and might consider staying again in future.

Room is exactly as described in pictures. Front desk staff are very helpful. Loved having a kitchenette. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would love to come again. The only negative we have is the water pressure got very low in the morning to the point where the shower was a dribble.

Spacious, comfortable, clean room with kitchen and laundry. Great shower. Electrical outlets and nightstands on both sides of the bed. Some background noise from the adjacent outdoor train line, but it's not bad. Easy access to the Underground, just a 5-min. walk to the Tower Hill station on the District and Circle lines. Right near the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. There's a Wetherspoon-branded restaurant just across the street, for reasonably priced breakfasts and simple dinners, and a 24-hr convenience store a block away. There's a good Indian restaurant halfway between the Tower Hill and Monument tube stations.

Spacious, clean, well located, had everything we needed. Such a comfortable stay! We loved our apartment! It was cozy, it was comfy, it was better than we expected! About 3 blocks from a main Underground station and walking distance to Tower Bridge and more. We love our stay! Staff was great and check-in and check-out process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again when we come back!
