“Home was in a great location. Close enough to everything but not located in the busy areas. Older neighborhood but quiet. House was very clean. Host very responsive.Also, fantastic Irltalian Restaurant close by for anyone looking for a place to eat.Gianni's Trattoria.”

“Horrible check in experience. My family and I ended up leaving within 2 hours I do not recommend this small apartment. Definitely not suitable nor did it have comfortable accommodations. Not at my level & I will never recommend or return. Personally, I have never experienced such inconvenience with check in and overall the place smells. I do not recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a clean, quiet place and airy place. Far from everything not convenient and can hear all outside noise.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay and found the home to be comfortable, spacious, and accurately represented in the listing. One thing we especially appreciated was the amount of space. The house accommodated our group well and never felt cramped. The location was convenient (we had a very easy time getting to Charlotte Motor Speedway!), and communication with the host was smooth throughout our trip.There were a few property-related issues during our stay that prevented it from being a 5-star……

“Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run……

“House held a lot of people and fit our needs. There was an overwhelming amount of plug in air fresheners that made it difficult to breathe. The smell made our nostrils sting. You could smell them even through the front door when you approached the house. When we went to load the dishwasher it slid out from the cupboard and when opened it had sitting water in the bottom and a horrendous stench. The house was lacking some basic cooking items and no extras like coffee pods, shampoo, soaps are……
