“It was so ridiculous, when you ask for a cup of ice at the bar, and they tell you, is not free . They dont have ice station at the hotel. Also, as guest of the hotel they dont provide a bottle of water either, this is miserable ”

“Grounds beautiful but pools were cold. Staff very friendly. Good location. The only thing was the room was very dark and had no balcony. It was on the ground with only a window , not even a sliding door. It felt very clastiphobic . The so called kitchen was a coffee maker and microwave on a microwave cabinet. When I asked to be moved they said no other rooms available. Which I found hard to believe since it wasn’t very busy. So if you are thinking of this place call to be sure what you are……

“I absolutely LOVE this place. We will be back for sure. It was the perfect stay for our 25th anniversary. It's a charming, small boutique hotel with lovely staff and each room is unique with special touches. We stayed in Sol 2 for the first 4 days. It has a balcony with a view of the cathedral and bay and king size bed. Really tall trees prevent people from looking into the room so you can keep the curtains open and still have privacy, or close the black out shades for dark and quiet. We stayed……

“Who hosted us ( Adrian ) shut out to him. Amazing human being n so was the cleaner lady. Felt like home staying there. So relaxing! Adrian was accomodating. We will see him again in the near future. But if you dont like road noises then this place inst for youd its a boulevard n what do you expect. But didnt have problems about it. I loved the noises cars n all that. You r on vacay so who cares!!”
