“This is wonderful location. It is away from the busy areas with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property was beautiful and the hosts were amazing.”

“We had an absolutely fantastic time at Villas Pina! Stayed 4 nights here in April. The 6 rooms all have the same layout and are very practical and spacious. There is a small kitchen with a large fridge, safety box and 2 queen beds! Also there is a large veranda and you get coffee every morning before breakfast, which we very much enjoyed while watching one of the sloth in the mango tree in front of us. The owners Sharon and Eric were really helpful and explained everything and gave some……

“We staying in the hand-built rustic wood cabin in the middle of blackberries [Mora] in the woods. You need a 4 wheel drive to get down the very steep access road. We left our compact rental car at a house up at the road [for a modest fee] and walked down 2km. The cabin is down a steep forest path. Didn't see evidence of wifi. It's simple and wild. Will not suit everyone, but we greatly enjoyed it. ”

“The staff were incredible and so helpful. The cabins are open air; just screen windows, so if you hate being damp, this is not the place for you. There are also a lot of ants, so don't leave ANY crumbs unattended. Location and garden were amazing... Definitely a "roughing it" kind of stay, so be prepared, and bring waterproof bags or ziplocks for your electronics”

“Bien que jolie avec une belle terrasse extérieure, cette maison manque d’entretien : porte de placard branlante, 2 lits qui grincent au moindre mouvement empêchant de dormir, un robinet de lavabo déscellé, micro-ondes en panne, porte d’entrée difficile à ouvrir, et interrupteurs difficiles à trouver. Nous avons été aussi un peu déçu de l’accueil froid de la propriétaire, pas franchement à l’écoute et peu prévenante: nous avons certes eu 1h de retard sur l’heure d’arrivée mais personne pour nous……

Lo único es que vi un poco limitados los espacios exteriores (sólo un pasillo angosto) para moverse del parqueo a la habitación. En caso de una persona con algún problema de movilidad, no le es cómodo el transitar.”

“I put this off but it needs to be done. I booked this home because it was the nicest/cleanest in the area. It is a beautiful home, clean, spacious, a private pool and very comfortable accommodations. On the down side, unfortunately, there is a lot. 1st location, it is secluded not in a good way. I traveled for 3 weeks all over CR and this is the only place I felt uncomfortable and borderline unsafe. Clearly the Caribbean side is not for me. I found the surrounding areas to be much dirtier than……
