“Although the Rita Suite was clean, comfortable and roomy, and it is in a great location, we found it lacked some basic amenities for travelers such as: Salt and Pepper, cooking oil, servettes, extra roll of paper towel, and sufficient amount of coffee pods for the length of our stay. As well, there was no "Welcome Basket" that we are accustom to seeing at other VRBOs that includes such things as preserves, crackers etc. (i.e. small items that are often not brought by travelers). “My family and I were thrilled to walk into such a beautiful very new apartment. There are so many details and special touches to make this place our home. Spacious bedrooms, a kitchen stocked with everything that you could possibly think of and a private, quiet deck. The living room is spacious with two comfortable couches so everyone can enjoy the largest smart television I’ve ever seen anywhere I’ve rented! Figgi & Dr. Eappen sent very clear instructions to check in with along with wifi……

“Poor management and maintenance. Place feels like sleeping in a house that has sold the night before the movers come for the last of the furniture. Communication with host non existant. Dirty, sticky floors throughout. Used chewing gum stuck to pool deck. Many things broken and missing. Really disappointing.”

“I really enjoyed being right on the lake with access to kayaks. It’s the perfect spot for a good few to spend a quiet getaway. The town over is about 8 minutes away with lots of unique places to visit. Plus the beds are very comfortable. Furhermore, if you are considering a winter getaway I believe it would be a fantastique stay for that as well with the quaint electric fire place.”
