“This is an excellent property to book if you're traveling to Great Falls. It's centrally located. The apartments are a good functional layout. They were clean. Communication with property manager was EXCELLENT. She responded immediately and was thorough on a couple questions I had. Highly recommended. ”

“This was a perfect place for four senior golfers to relax after a day of Montana Senior Tournament action. The house is showing its age and could use some upgrades, but for our group it was ideal: everything worked, and the beds were comfortable. And the area was quiet and conducive to a good night’s rest. Many thanks to our host, Sarah!”

“A beautiful, comfortable home that served us well. We were in town for our daughter's wedding. The bridal party got ready at the house and it worked perfect. We took some family, couple and dress pics in the back yard. Gorgeous. The foliage around the property is so pretty and welcoming. Sat out in the back yard in the mornings and evenings. Off street parking was appreciated. ”

“Great accommodation for what we needed. Tiny house experience. Coffee on the patio with the creek running below. Comfy bed. Used washer dryer and easy drive the family ranch. Beautiful time of year. Would use this home again for a future visit. Great location for short day trips to Memorial Falls and Giant Springs! Only drawback was no salt or pepper. Short walk to the Belt Valley grocery and several places to grab pizza or a burger.”

“We stayed 9 nights and it was comfortable. The washer and dryer were a plus. Could use a few more items in the kitchen, but if you are not cooking in, it won’t matter. I would recommend this cute cottage. ”

“The property was clean and updated, the backyard and deck expansive and the kitchen well stocked. The hosts were very accommodating, kind and easy to work with. The stairs to the second floor are very steep so I would not recommend for seniors but otherwise we would recommend staying at this property.”

“We have nothing but good things to say about this property! It's centrally located, close to food.Location: easy to find with GPS. Parking is located in the alley behind the apartment and it has one dedicated parking spot. The neighbors are respectful and quiet.Accessibility: the apartment is on the ground level. There are one or two tiny steps to get into the property. The short walk from the parking spot to the residence is paved, however. Apartment: looks exactly how it's pictured in the……
