「We loved our country get away. Upon our arrival Norm gave us a tour and suggestions of area restaurants. We awoke each morning enjoying breakfast while looking over the river. Ended the day with campfires, star gazing and the peace and tranquillity of the country. On our last night we also met Sue and she to joined us in conversations of the history of their family and Vrbo. Thanks for hosting and sharing with us-will definitely return.Lynn, Donny and Amy」

「I WOULD COME BACK AGAIN」

「What a beautiful home and setting! A spacious 4 bedroom home sitting above the beautiful Chippewa river! Comfortable beds, a well equiped kitchen and a very nice outdoor space that included a fire ring! Angie was a wonderful host and maintained contact from the moment I booked with her! We visited wineries, parks, a mansion, waterfalls and other sites within a short drive of the house! I would highly recommend the Codax Retreat for a very nice get-a-way!」

「A nice place. We loved the open kitchen, dining, and living space. We enjoyed the perfect weather grilling, playing yard games, and chilling on the porches. The feel small with the big double sized bunk beds, but the bunk beds are good. 」

「I stayed at Pheasant Cottage with my two dogs, and it was perfect. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the backyard is huge. The canoes are nearby, and the cottage is separated from the lodge so it feels secluded, even when the resort is fully booked. We'd love to come again! 」

「We stayed at this beautiful property winter of '25. Although lake properties are traditionally a summer getaway we loved every minute of our winter retreat.
