「The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit. The hydronic system is centralized and they change from heat to cool with the seasons. That was a definite inconvenience but not a deal...

「Overall this is a decent space for the price. This is our second stay. Tjis time we encounter a less desirable experience. Parking is fairly easy, except code doesn't match door for unit but can get in next one over(both stays). The elevator to Penthouse floor was out of order, and it was out first half of 1st visit too. The dishwasher didn’t work. We reserved for 2 guests and there was only one set of bath towels. 」

「The home is very nice and smells so good the moment you walk in is also in a very nice neighborhood that's peaceful and quiet and also it's near a lot of restaurants and shopping centers which is great. 」

「The place completely surpassed my expectations. It was extremely clean and modern. Very updated. The beds were very comfortable. The appliances all worked, however the ice machine line was disconnected (201). The kitchen could have a little better stocked with utensils. Other than that it was perfect. Parking garage seemed very secure. 」
