“Beautiful house, fully equipped, very clean, only 15 minutes to downtown KC, very quiet and safe neighborhood. There were also great breakfast places 10-12 minutes away, Kate’s and Corner Cafe. Great great place and everything at the house was perfect ”

“Excellent location. Host extremely responsive. This is a basement of a home. Some children running upstairs, it didn’t bother us at all, but should be noted. There is also no TV. Again - we weren’t there for TV, but something to note. Full kitchen, bathroom and even a washer and dryer. Plenty of space. ”

“The house was very clean, the host was very responsive and the little binder full of ideas for things to do was very helpful.”

“The property was in a good location. It was clean, it was spacious, it was 5 of us and we had plenty of room. it was awesome. It was cold. Couldn't find the thermostat. Called Cody he told us where and how to turn it on. It was quite unique how to operate it( technology). My sisters and I really enjoyed Cody's amazing home.”

“We had a wonderful stay and this sweet little hideaway was just amazing. Great location! Savannah went above and beyond to communicate, welcome us, and meet our needs. She was lovely! 🙏 We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding so we were busy with activities and wedding prep. The home was clean, cute and comfortable. “Beautiful views and everything was so comfortable, especially the couch and the master bedroom. My sister said the loft bed was also very comfortable. She enjoyed working out on the balcony with the river view. We all enjoyed hanging on the balcony with the neighborhood cat. Only negative was that the washer and dryer had a Do Not Use sign and we had come from another stay at a BnB in Weston and had really been wanting to wash a load of laundry when we got there. ”

“Amazingly beautiful property! As we travel to show our kids the states we couldnt have picked a better place for them to experience the serenity of nature! The inside was gorgeous and very clean! Any questions we had Anthony was quick to answer and was super polite! From a family who travels alot this is top 3 one of the best stays ive had! “13 of our family aged 7 to 74 had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. There was more than enough room and privacy to accommodate us and all the equipment and furnishings we needed to have a spectacular as well as comfortable stay. The kids especially enjoyed the lower level and the game tables there while the adults enjoyed the wonderfully equipped kitchen on the main floor where we cooked every meal. The views were lovely and the kids loved the fishing pond plus the short drive to the……
