「Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. 「We loved this warm and friendly little townhome! It was the perfect place for a quick stopover for our family at the start of our dream Irish road trip. The host was incredibly gracious and quick to respond when we got in late due to some car trouble and I was texting late with questions (and none of those questions were things that weren’t explained right or anything like that - the questions were all things I would have figured out myself really easily had I not been stressed and sleep...

「As I know the area, found it very easy. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, and as our mobility is not great, having everything on one level was brilliant. Always plenty to do and luckily weather was excellent, lucky us. Will be looking to book again next year hopefully.」
