“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……

“Amazing would be an understatement, Beth goes above and beyond for her guests. The cabin is very secluded and right on the river. She gives you access to the property that most wouldn't. Probably one of my best experiences with an owner and I'm not exaggerating. I highly recommend this get away to anyone 100 times over. The cabin itself is very nice and comfortable. Peaceful and laid back just like described. Alot of wildlife and exquisite scenery from the front porch. Everything you need is……

“So glad we found this amazing property instead of staying at the Omni Resort. I walked the property with beautiful views and flowers, butterflies and hummingbirds. The deer came every night! The bed was so comfy. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and at night we had a fire! A gas station and an IGA is so close. All the restaurants were very good. Every view from each room was perfect. We will be back! ”

“Just arrived home after a great family vacation in Hot Springs. Thank you for sharing your lovely home . It was perfect for our family . Quiet and peaceful Enjoyed the Jefferson pools. Only disappointment was the difficulty we had getting into the Dairy Barn pool and center. Do want to inform you that we did break the glass shade to a lamp in your lower room. “Property was conveniently located to area attractions and very clean. Communication was very good and Natalie even brought us produce from her garden.”

“Hands down, the nicest, most enjoyable vacation rental experience to date. This house is not only more beautiful than most primary homes, it had absolutely everything a large family/group would need - and then some. The manager and her team had the property ready and accessible to my family well in advance of normal check-in (and communicated it early in the day), making it so easy for those arriving early or living nearby to settled and stock the kitchen. The pictures posted are great and……
