“Everything was clean and it was comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and we were able to sleep peacefully. Owners live on property but the house is split. Didn't ever see them and could barely hear them.”

“The house was great! Lots of room inside and outside. The side yard was nice to be able to park our boats. The host were quick to reply to messages and flexible with our arrival times. All in all it was a great stay and we will be staying here again in the future. ”

“We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Really enjoyed the stay. Was in town for a wedding in Winfield. Liked being in a neighborhood — easy to go for a run in the mornings. I must admit the property didn’t look great on the outside BUT the inside was great— all updated and very clean. Also was close to grocery stores and places to get food. Communication with the host was easy (through the site) and he always got back to me promptly.Would book again if ever I needed a place to stay in that area. ”

Use of the washer and drier helped lessen the extra task once we were back home. The home accommodated our families very nicely! I would not hesitate to stay here again! ”
