"Tonmoy was great. He offered so much help and many suggestions on places to go locally. He even took me to a tea shop. The dates for my trip weren't available all in one room but he was willing to let me change rooms a few times so I was able to stay for all the dates I needed. Very accommodating. Communication was great, he was on top of everything. I would definitely recommend staying at Bashundara if you're in Siliguri, Tonmoy will make it a great stay."

What truly sets this place apart is the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. They went above and beyond to personalize our experience and catered to our every need with genuine care. Even in the middle of the night, Rohit would answer our calls and promptly deliver whatever we needed. Every request was met with a broad smile, humility, and a willingness to help. A special shout-out to Rohit and Shyam, who looked after us so thoughtfully and ensured that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. "Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling Darjeeling."
