“The views of the Fall colors was beautiful! My favorite place to enjoy morning coffee ( and a nap!) was the lounge chair in the loft. We used the firepit both nights and enjoyed the string lights on the patio. A walking trail was within 50 ft of the cottage. Due to cool temps, we didn't use the boat or canoe, but they were available. The cottage was roomy and back outdoor space was a perfect space to enjoy the view. Nice and peaceful! We will definitely be back.”

“We had a party of 10, ranging in age from 12-80. Everyone enjoyed the amenities and games. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and the hot tub and sauna were perfect on a snowy evening. The host was responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“Beautiful lakeviews (especially dawn) from the main gathering room/kitchen on the lower level and two bedrooms on the second level. Kitchen had a wide array of supplies, dishes, & appliances. Each of the six distinct sleeping areas had good space, adequate linens and were comfortable.A few quirks that come from an older Lake home, but overall bright, clean, comfortable stay. So glad we went.”

“The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The backyard was a great area for our group to get together play yard games and be able to enjoy the lake at the same time. For the few hours of rain we experienced, we were able to enjoy the fun arcade games in the basement to pass our time. Oh and how could I forget the indoor pool!Katie was a wonderful host. “The location is great! Hiking trails are well maintained and easy to navigate. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The only suggestion I’d like to make is add more kitchen supplies such as bowls, mugs, bigger skillet, foil, and TP, as we ran out and there wasn’t any extra. ”

“We had a wonderful long weekend at this lake house while visiting family nearby — it was truly a peaceful retreat. The pier and boat dock were perfect for fishing and relaxing (we caught plenty of bluegill and bass!), and the lake views and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous.The house was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed. “A wonderful, post-Labor Day getaway for those who would avoid the high-summer bedlam on Auburn Lake. Our mid-week, three-day stay encountered but a single jet ski; thus, we frolicked and swam off the paddle boat (provided) for hours without a wake in sight. Of the cottage amenities and overall impression let me say, simply, that we've never encountered a more thorough or conscientious host.
