“Petar ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Resident. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt wobei unser Studio schon sehr sehr klein und hellhörig war, die Lage ist OK jedoch nicht wirklich viel in der Gegend los. Man muss viele Treppen zum Strand laufen und zum Hafen läuft man mindestens 25 Minuten. Alles andere ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.”

“A last minute trip change landed me in Dubrovnik and I couldn’t be happier. What a magical place, and my stay at Roko was a nice complement to my time there. The location couldn’t have been better to explore the Old City, access the port for trips out to Lukrom, etc. The caretaker was kind and efficient and, has been mentioned by others, the convenience of the discounted restaurant downstairs was a nice perk. I would stay again for sure.”

The owner arranged transportation from the airport and was waiting for me upon arrival. The room….was phenomenal! Location was fantastic. A few steps into old town and minutes from everything you could want to see. The room was perfect, clean and very nice. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik! ”

“The landlady Karolina has been extremely helpful and kind. She gave me a few pointers and some suggestions regarding restaurants, brilliant choices, I have tried three of them and all were excellent. The property is meticulously clean and easy to get to places. The pool and the poolside loungers can certainly help guests relax after a day of touring around in the town. It’s easy to get to from the airport, just call an Uber it takes about twenty something euros, very reasonable. The……
