“I had a great stay with my wife, kid and dog. Beautifully furnished in antique furniture, modern kitchen and excellent balcony to enjoy a morning coffee in. Right in the middle of Old Town, you are a quick walk away from everything, really.We loved our stay.”

“This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. ”

“Perfect location for 2 nights. The owners, Claire and Andrew made us very welcome and gave us helpful tips on what do do in Hastings. Very clean, comfortable accomodation and beautiful garden.”

“The only thing we could find misleading was the picture of the apartments when we booked it gave the impression it had a balcony but it didn’t so was a bit disappointing but I would stay again , the agent Alan was excellent in making us feel welcome ”

“This was a place that was very well cared for. the owner was more than a hostess, she was cordially very willing to do anything possible to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I stayed here for several months due to work. My husband and children came at weekends to accompany me. This was such a relaxing environment to refuel and have quality time with the family. “The apartment had everything we wanted including a sea view. The living area was spacious and comfortable, the shower in the bathroom was excellent and the bed very comfortable. It had very obviously been recently refurbished. We were right in the middle of St Leonards to the west and old town Hastings to the east. We caught the train to Rye which was lovely and drove to Dungeness which was one of the reasons for our journey south. We would definitely recommend this property. ”
