「This VRBO was very clean and inside a lovely, self-built home. We had no complaints, however, the listing could have been clearer that the owner and family live in the other half of the house and have access to walk into the renter's half of the house at any point. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to a large group. The house has lots of wildlife, which offers a relaxing stay in the woods. 」

「The home was very clean. We had everything we needed for a weekend away. The owner answered us quickly when we had a question about the door lock. The stairs are quite steep but there is a handrail on both sides which is helpful for older people. There is a tv in the upstairs bedroom which wasn’t mentioned and a cozy chair. 「My wife and I were looking for a place to stay that we could enjoy while were exploring several small towns in south central Michigan. 「We loved our stay. We had plenty of space to enjoy time together. We played games, walked the trails, and enjoyed the beautiful nearby park with a walking bridge over the river. We had 6 in our group. Two of us slept outside in a tent. If you have more than 6 people, you might run low on dishes and towels. But, for six of us, it was perfect. 「The house is great with plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the lake, fire pit and ping pong. The kitchen is huge and the grill was clean and worked great. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and had everything we needed. We will be back!」
