“We had a wonderful time on our family reunion staying in your spacious home. We especially enjoyed the new pool table and had a family competition. The kitchen was very spacious and well stocked. The over sized dining room table was perfect for our whole family of 13. My husband and I thought the master suite was wonderful. We enjoyed the view while spending time outside. “There were some hiccups with the check in process but resolved easily by the management team. House was beautiful. Well thought out open design with all amenities needed for a big group, and absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Plenty of towels, the kitchen was stocked like 'being at home', and all of the beds were comfortable. Every item we looked for was in available and in place. The kids loved the games in the basement, as well as the adults..and the hidden……

“My husband and I took our 4 little kids (5.5, almost 4, 2, and 5 month old) for me to visit family. Winnie was very responsive and accommodating. She provided a pack n play and some toys our kids loved. We accidentally broke a glass, but she was very understanding. We had some issues with the lock initially, and she helped take care of it right away. We left a few things behind and she helped ship them back. In addition the location was extremely convenient for everything we wanted to do in……

“This was a very comfortable place to live for a few days. It is well equipped, and the beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking -- very good hill exercise and great views! Steve and Ann are very attentive hosts. If you stay here, you won't be disappointed with the property, the beautiful area, or the friendly efficiency with which your stay is managed.”

“We were 5 families total. We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool! ”

“This house was great for large groups, and is the first place we have ever rented that actually had appropriate kitchen cookware for the number of guests the house fits. We enthusiastically recommend this house and would rent again. ”

“Overall clean property and pleasant host (Rose). We had a couple of minor cleaning items to call out the first day, but Rose addressed them promptly. The property is not too far from Colorado Springs, so it was no hassle to schedule day/afternoon activities there (e.g. a Pikes Peak jeep tour) and then head back "home". My family enjoyed our stay!”
