「This place is everything advertised, everything works, and I'm extremely pleased. It's going to be our new family getaway spot. You do need to plan for one thing. The nearest real grocery store is the IGA West Liberty, about 20 minutes. And that's not even bad, because hey, we're trying to getaway from the city right? It just takes some forethought.」

「Checking in was a little hard simply because we didn’t know what we were doing. The cabin was well stocked and attractive. Stay in cabin one or even better #3 if you have a boat(parking is shared by cabins 1&2). There is also an outside outlet to plug in the boat as well. You are within a miles of alcohol free gas at the shell station and a boat ramp. You are pick up parking permits at the gas station. We will definitely recommend these cabins to a friend and will stay again. 」

「Dryer wasn't working at the time, some things could be improved but still worked, and vacuum was left full/stopped up by previous person but other than that it was a good stay. Multiple Things were already provided. Friends/family had fun at the lake nearby and it was easy to visit Relatives in Morehead during the stay.My mother wanted to add on another day and arrangements were easily made. Host was friendly and was accessible when needed.」

「We arrived on a Friday evening to a quiet cabin. It backs up to a little babbling creek behind a screened in porch. Saturday we spent the day going to Broke Leg Falls which is beautiful and a short hike. We then drove around Cave Run Lake looking at the sites. We went back to the quietness of the cabin and enjoyed the afternoon. Dinner time came we took a 25 minute Drive to Morehead Kentucky and grabbed something to eat.
