This rental offered everything needed for a short or long vacation. Located near the College, Farmers market, Pioneer Park, Fairbanks Airport and eateries. Distance to Eielson 35-40 min. drive. It was great! ”

“A fantastic Fairbanks experience! The cabin was perfect with all the supplies needed. It averaged 20 below zero during our stay and a fire everynight made it cozy. Cabin HVAC kept all parts warm. Our host Carl reached out before we arrived and during our stay to make sure we had everything needed and make sure no problems. Our only request was for a plug for the car engine heater. There is a plug next to the cabin entrance and Carl supplied a extension card. Location is just outside Fairbanks……

“My daughter and I spent four nights in this beautiful, cozy cabin in January. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed. The host was generous and responsive. The cabin was conveniently located just out of town and in the hills, yet a quick drive to everything. We were surrounded by trees but could step onto the driveway to see the aurora. I highly recommend staying here.”

“What little was available in the kitchen and bathroom were covered in grime and biofilm. We personally cleaned the kitchen and the bathroom (to the best of our ability with our limited supplies) upon arrival. We would have cleaned the floor had the mop not been visibly unusable. We resorted instead to a "the floor is lava" policy and sacrificed a pair of socks apiece.Jeff was very responsive, and accommodating to our late check-out request. “This was by far the best bnb I have stayed in USA. I usually don’t write reviews but this one was amazing. 1. Very clean 2. Kitchen extremely well stacked 3. All the amenities were working. Very good location. Place to park car. Everything you will need (restaurant, Walmart, etc is a short drive). Loved it.”
