“Very poor looking motel, both inside and out!”

“Such a cute spot! Right by my favorite restaurants and walking distance from a Kroger! Really wonderful stay”

“The place was very nice and convenient. The host was very helpful and was always quick to respond.”

“Good size kitchen and master bedroom...big tv..comfy couch...nice dining table...quiet and private.”

“Our stay was fantastic. Cute and cozy! Immaculately clean and well decorated! Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. The property is located in the historic district and walkable to the downtown area and to restaurants and a brewery. The host, Carrera, was very responsive and had helpful recommendations for restaurants. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again.”

“Great location for what I needed. Loved the old house.”

“Enjoyed the stay”

“Clean, comfortable apartment. Walkable to downtown restaurants and bars. Great stay!”

“My sister and I visited Lexington for a girl’s trip! The loft was great for the most part. I have 1 major complaint and 1 minor complaint. The major complaint is that even though there is a mini-split air conditioning unit, it was not sufficient for the size of the loft because the bedroom did not get any of the air conditioning. That made sleeping very hot and uncomfortable. I think in the Fall when it is not hot or in the Spring before it has warmed up, the mini split works just fine. However,……

“We stayed for a weekend in October, and the rental worked out just fine as a "home base" for exploring Lexington and Red River Gorge. We stayed the weekend of Keeneland races and the price was very reasonable. There were several issues with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived (stained sheets and towels, smoky smells in the apartment, etc) but the host (Daniel) was very polite and responsive and offered to try to make it right when the issues were communicated. Another issue was that……

“Nice clean 2 bedroom ”

“Didn't stay at this property due to access/steps were unsafe rocks piled on top of each other is not handicap approved ”

“Overall was a nice place to stay a little smaller than expected. Older property appliances were updated everything worked as it should would have preferred a unit on 1st floor since there was no elevator and we are in our 60s but all in all well worth the price.”

“Treetops Solar Sanctuary is located in an excellent neighborhood. Exactly as described. and had a great stay.”

“Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown. Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there. The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great.”
