“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Very nicely redone and appointed with everything you need in a great location. Landlord was very friendly and responsive to questions and additional requirements. Storage lockers were a great bonus for day of arrival and/or checkout. Highly recommended.”

“They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. ”

“Excellent location within easy walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and parts of the Berlin Wall. Lots of eating and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and modern. A 5 star hotel and experience, especially with afternoon mgr- Mr Ati, who is super attentive and helpful”
