“Modern well appointed apartment with large terrace and beautiful mountain views. Parking spaces were sometimes an issue. Air conditioner was loud. All the basics were provided except facial tissues, dinner napkins and an iron/ironing board.”

“Muy buena experiencia”

“Beautiful, spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood”

“Everything was exactly as described. The space is perfect for a couple and the view of LaConcha was beautiful. The host communicated well and check in/out was super easy. Hopefully we can come visit again!”

“We had to leave early and rent a hotel after 7 days, with 7 days remaining on our vacation because there was many cockroaches in the rental unit. The unit is in need of a lot of help. My husband found that this was a bad experience and I don’t know if I could convince him to do this again. Regards”

“The location couldn't be better! It’s just a block away from the beach and within easy walking distance to several popular attractions. The heat in the apartment was a major issue during our stay. While two fans were provided, they simply weren't sufficient to cool down the entire space.Cooling the place down naturally at night wasn't an option either. Street noise and people smoking outside late into the night made it impossible to keep the windows open. While the proximity to the beach and……

“Clean place, comfortable, and nicely located. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful apt and perfect location in historic downtown and minutes to la concha beach.”

“Absolutely amazing location. Beautiful view. Lovely space. Comfortable and cozy. So close to everything - the beach, shops, amazing restaurants. The host made everything easy and was so gracious. Parking was available close by which was key. We just never wanted to leave the amazing balcony. One of the best views I've ever had. Totally true to the pictures in the listing which so many aren't. Two very very small suggestions. Coffee maker was confusing. Unable to make it work. Could include……

“This was an amazing property!!! The views from the property were amazing. Cristina, the host greeted us. She and her husband even took us on a hike on the property to have better views of the surrounding countryside. The property is close to all there is to see in San Sebastián. I highly recommend this beautiful modern house!!”
