“We loved this place!! A completely renovated apartment with a spacious downstairs. You have a fully stocked kitchen with a great sitting area. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are perfect. “We had an excellent stay at Gaelle/Simon's place. The apt is perfect for a short or long visit to Angouleme. We used the place for a couple weeks base camp while in the area.The apt has a full kitchen that we used quite a bit. There is also A/C for those warm days. The apt also has a bonus office room.The shower room is a good size and there is also a separate W/C that has an additional sink.There is a small TV with Netflix and local stations.It is up a full flight of stairs - we are seniors but……

“My wife and I stayed nine nights in August, and really enjoyed this property. It is cozy as advertised, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was put to good use during the heat wave that swept through during our visit. Check in and check out were smooth, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. I can’t imagine a better location than this apartment has. Within one block there’s a boulangerie, pharmacy, bus stop, laundry facility, and a small grocery store. One more……
