「Condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location to explore Traverse City. The parking was limited and space was tight- and the only negative. You can park in the parking garage located next door. All in all a great place.」

「We were quite disappointed with the condition of the condo. The bedroom carpeting was VERY dirty with a huge stain at the door. The toilet rocked and the seat was so old the paint was worn off. The window blinds in the living room had rips in them. The refrigerator door shelves would not stay on, one was missing, one was in the cupboard and the third fell off during our stay.」

「Great location near downtown. We were able to easily bike to trails as well. Nice, large rooms with open floor plan. Parking was convenient onsite and there was also plenty of street parking.The only suggestion we have is replacing the L-shaped couch in the living room with something more comfortable. The current couch is small/narrow and without much cushioning.」

「The condo was clean and located close to shops, restaurants and the lake. The bedrooms are street level on a side street so there is some road noise, but it didn’t bother me.」

「We really enjoyed this rental during the new years week in TC. It was clean, accommodating and you cannot beat the location to downtown. We’ve stayed in this condo grouping on 3 occasions and this is the best unit thus far. Would gladly return. 」

「We love the location. We were right off front street which put us in the heart of all the activities downtown. We were able to travel out go to Fishtown and see other beautiful areas around Traverse City.The people we met at restaurants at the cigar bar was so friendly and welcomingThe local shops offered everything from high-end clothing to shoes to local artistsThe loft was set up with everything I could’ve possibly needed. You guys thought of everything.We would definitely recommend this...

「The place is in a perfect location. We walked to so many places because it’s truly in the heart of downtown. There was a hiccup with check in because the code to get in the main door had changed that morning. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and they came right away and took care of it. The washer and dryer need to be much bigger in order to wash the sheets and the towels. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Clean, spacious. Loved we didn’t need to take out trash or empty fridge. Close to everything we wanted to do. Would stay at this hosts condos again if I’m in the area.」
