“3 women taking classes for the week at Fleming. The cabin is a perfect location, very close to town, paved road, very quiet area, lovely lake view and access. The cabin is really comfortable and every room is comfortable with lots of amenities. Kitchen has everything plus lots of space for the items we brought. This will be our first choice for next year. Many thanks to our thoughtful host”

“I was very impressed with the setup and the decor of the apartment. It was very convenient to be steps away from the bridge and the main street. Was very grateful that it was pet-friendly. My dog was very comfortable. One thing I would recommend is to add a light in the walkway to the apartment. It was very uncomfortable to be alone walking between the two buildings in the dark. ”

“What a great week … as others stated the property exceeded expectations …. Nice and roomy.. Kitchen is super well equipped … checkin was a breeze as door code provided and easy entrance. Master has great view of lake and sunrise… 2 bathrooms with showers is a bonus… water toys and inflatables were great as was the hot tub … lots of comfy chairs on dock and deck…. Screen in room overlooks lake and is excellent for your morning coffee and reading time…Fire pit area is large and roomy and ample……

“We wre incredibly relaxed during the entire stay. No tight schedules to keep. Planned each day according to our moods. We are not hot tub people but its nice that its there for others. Nice fire pit as well. Unfortunately nights were hazy so star gazing was out, but not a drop of rain during the 4 days. Temps around 24⁰ each day. All in all a terrific get- away. Thank you Kate and Jon!”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, and the rental itself was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy, homey feel. The kids loved having space to run around in the fenced-in backyard, and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evening.Communication with the host was excellent— They were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ”

“Our stay at Steve's cottage last week was nothing short of magical. The highlight, without a doubt, was the **absolutely spectacular sunset view over Penn Lake, right from the private dock. Winding down each evening watching the sky explode in color over the calm water was an unforgettable experience – a view truly rare to find and worth the trip alone!The lake itself felt alive and welcoming. We loved watching the big fish swimming right under the deck and were charmed daily by a sweet family……

“Cottage Binx hosted our two families for a cottage getaway. The cottage was nestled in the woods on the Muskoka river and provided great privacy. The cottage itself was very clean and perfectly accommodated our two families. Our host Tej was excellent in answering any questions we had during our stay, always responding within minutes. The cottage has kayaks, and the kids loved fishing on either the paddle boat or the aluminum rowboat. The fire pit area was awesome for a campfire and roasting……
