“Mario and Ramrattee were great hosts. We were in town for our family reunion. They made sure that we had a home away from home. The house was very clean and stocked with amenities and snacks. They ensured that we were comfortable. They were very responsive. We had 6 adults. There was adequate space. I would recommend this property.”

“Didn’t get correct unit. Was supposed to have 2 Queen beds. Was in a Studio. Website was hacked(?) and said day of listing in Jacksonville Florida. Host very responsive when called directly.”

“Loved the goat and peacocks”

“This place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was very clean. My kids loved the treats and we were very appreciative of all the extra things like kcups, half n half, bottles of water, soap and shampoo in the shower!”

“Excellent property, exactly as described. Very comfortable couches and beds. Great kitchen to cook meals in. Host is very prompt at responding to any questions.”

“good location, needs some TLC, bargain”

“Very much a glamping experience with a good helping of farm life!! If the outdoors is your cup of tea, this place is for you! Great communication and loads of hospitality!”

“It’s hard to write this review because the hosts were wonderful and the chickens and horses were fun. I knew that it was going to be cold, but I would not have booked the room knowing there was a space heater which can be a fire hazard. I also think it was very overpriced. We were in a pinch so had no real choice. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. ”

“Highly recommend this sweet cottage! Very private, well maintained and close to many activities.”

“We had a fantastic time! Perfect for couples, less than 15 min drive from Lafayette Blue Springs and less than 30 from Madison Blue Springs. Cabin had everything we needed. The perfect rural Florida gettaway, we plan to come back and stay again next year!”

“Loved having a full dining table in the room, could eat comfortably without needing to go out every time.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The room was as described. Very clean. Had all the appliances you need for a stay. Nice location and the price was awesome. I will stay again if I needed to. Host was attentive.”

“Easy access from the interstate, near to restaurants and shopping. The hosts Danny and Autumn were super nice and always helpful with anything I needed as I was there for an extended stay of 6 weeks. My daughters loved the pool and watching their chickens over the fence! They keep the room clean and the pool clean and were very responsive to messages! Highly recommend this VRBO!”

“Fantastic stay and amazing property owner. They were accommodating and helpful. Very glad I choose to stay here. I needed it to complete a job for a client and wasn’t expecting such a cool place to unwind after a hard days work. Two big thumbs up!”

“This apartment is very clean & comfortable. It is decorated in a way that makes you relax. It is very close to a number of restaurants & shops. ”

“It was a nice set-up. The apartment was nice and clean. I loved the back patio. It's a great vacation spot or weekend getaway.”
