“This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. The rooms……

“It was great. Around mid-night a person across the street was blaring his music from the car with the bass very loud. No fault of the owner. Maybe they can talk to that neighbor. It stopped around 1AM. But I slept well and I’d stay here again. The place was adorable and very comfortable and had EVERYTHING you need. Cleanliness was exceptional. 5 stars given. ”
