"This building is fairly new, modern, and spotlessly clean. It's a great alternative to a traditional hotel, especially when traveling with family. Check-in is automated via a lockbox and the apartment is furnished with everything except a washing machine or clothes iron. The reason for my mediocre rating, though, is the lack of service. "Die Definition „gemütlich“ ist Ansichtssache… kaputte Rolläden, defekte Kochplatten… Sauberkeit von Küche, Geschirr, Boden und teilweise Mobiliar lässt zu Wünschen übrig…Das Bad ist neu und war im Großen und Ganzen auch akzeptabel sauber, sehr geräumige Dusche, aber komplett innenliegend ohne Fenster. Die Räume vermitteln den Eindruck einmal Büroräume gewesen zu sein, kahle weiße Wände, grelle Deckenbeleuchtung. Mobiliar sehr alt und teilweise versifft… Kommunikation mit Gastgeber im Vorfeld...
