“Great hotel and staff, couldn’t ask for anything better! Would definitely go back, Alice, Tony at front desk go out of their way to make you happy, definitely ‘ above and beyond’, owner and manager are great too, room cleaning was done regularly, coffee shop downstairs was so convenient and staff excellent too! Love this place!”

“It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.”

“Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. ”

"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."

"常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～下次來會再住這裏"
