「1.住處非常乾淨，有洗衣機和廚房相當方便，房間空間大，可放置大行李箱都沒問題。 2. 安靜的住宅區域，離車站步行約10分鐘。 3. 有一天因瓦斯沒有work，導致當下無熱水使用，而服務人員在線上給予支援解決問題，十分感謝。 4. 需注意之處： 因是公寓式住宅自助check-in, check-out, 沒有寄存行李服務，建議提早準備好行李寄存準備。另外，無電梯，所以必須自行搬運行李上下樓，這點需格外注意。」

「Property was clean, safe and close to food and transportation. (Self) Check in/out was emailed in advance and was easy. Pictures online made the living room look bigger, but our family of three made it work. Amenities in the shower (like modes of ventilation) and clothes washer were very useful to us.」

「The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.」

「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new.
