"Our family spent a week at the Mayar Residence. The Apartment had lots of space for everyone and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. In addition, we were offered daily housekeeping and bottled water. Mayar Residence is conveniently located across from the Forum shopping centre - so we had plenty of places to shop and eat at plus activities to keep busy. Would definitely book Mayar Residence again. "

"The stay was great. I felt very comfortable as a traveler at MiaMia. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are a good size and have patios. The area is beautiful and the stay is a short walk to the marina and many restaurants. It was an easy and relaxing place to stay. "

"The proprietors are helpful. The rooms are clean. It is like a college dorm with rooms, but with limited parking. They do have paid parking though. I personally feel like the pictures posted online to get the customers are misrepresenting. The pictures showed common kitchen areas and common rooms but I did not see none of that. "

"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good. Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."
