"We stayed at Hotel Luxeevista by Navodayans in Dalhousie Valley during June 2026 with two families, occupying three family rooms, and had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and scenic landscapes was truly refreshing. The family rooms were spacious, clean, well-maintained, and comfortably accommodated all our family members. The hotel staff was courteous, friendly, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety of options for both adults and children. The restaurant area also offered beautiful views, making every meal even more enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the peaceful atmosphere of the property. Despite traveling with a large family group, we found the hotel to be relaxing and family-friendly. The housekeeping team maintained cleanliness consistently, and all basic amenities were available and functioning properly. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and value for money. We would gladly recommend Hotel Luxeevista by Navodayans to families, couples, and anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Dalhousie Valley. We look forward to visiting again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5"

"This is the only upscale hotel I could find in Pathankot. It's new, clean and quaint. I love the pool design and layout. The staff is extremely helpful but there were some hiccups to overcome. For example, water leaking from light fixture requiring me to downgrade to a smaller available room, served uncooked chicken, housekeeper entered my room without permission or knocking or ringing the doorbell, late responses from the reception team. I truly believe this place can be one of the "greats" but they need to iron out some links. It feels like they are still new to the hotel business and more supervision needs to be put in place. Mandeep did a fantastic job accommodating me during my stay but it was evident things were being missed. He just needs better support from his team and operations will work more smoothly. No place is at zero fault, it's about how the staff responds and the quality that is maintained. My overall recommendation is to give this place a try but manage your expectations. It is in a small town so "big city style" operations will not be here, yet. The staff us kind and they will do anything to help, they just lack experience."
