「The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. 」

With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. 「Can't say enough good things about this place. Cheaper but way bigger than other hotels I've been to in Tokyo. Very new. Very clean. Bathroom looks great. Has a kitchen. Has a washing machine. Has AC. Multiple door locks. Right next to the train station. 711 is a 10 minute walk (you can buy cheap laundry detergent there). Very safe and clean neighborhood. Definitely will stay again.」
