“Conveniently located near the station, but we were disappointed with the hygiene, particularly the bedding. Despite booking for two people, we only received one set of towels. Additionally, the room didn’t match the website description—we expected two beds and a usable balcony but got one bed and an unusable fenced area.”

“The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. We stayed for three days, and my family, especially the children, thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. While the hotel is a bit……

“The unit is furnished beautifully with walnut and backlit ambience. The beds are large and feel luxurious.
Unfortunately there were critical issues that brought the overall rating down. A lot.
First is accessibility. If you have heavy check-in luggages, be prepared to spend up to 5-10 minutes lifting it up multiple flights of stairs. Not just stairs, but lifting it up on the flat ground too, because the entire property sits on top of gravel.
Second, there is barely light on the property, we……

We had a great time in this hotel. The service is great and very helpful. The front desk gentlemen helped us to book the next day bus tickets. The rooftop Fuji mountain view is wonderful. The hotel has beautiful lake and Fuji mountain view. The small desert cakes at breakfast were unbelievable good.
