"Our room was weigh smaller than the pictures, very tight with 4 of us, there is no room to open our suitcases. AC was dirty and took a couple of hours to cool down the room. It was very uncomfortable, we ended up cancel our stay. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay in Hakone. About 12 minutes walking from the Hakone Yumoto station, with well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, coin laundry, and cozy futon."

"Nice quiet neighborhood tucked on top of a hill. Place was clean, modern and well stocked and convenient to Hakone-Yumoto station (10 min walk). Recommend!"
