“Excellent price, decent walk to the downtown area. You can rent bikes from the hotel if you would prefer. There are huge sidewalks and bike lanes, extremely pedestrian friendly city. ”

“We stayed in a ground floor apartment with it's own front door onto the pavement / footpath. The apartment had a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. A breakfast buffet was included in the price of the room, but you do need to book your timeslot. There was a bus stop 10m from the front door, with local busses every few minutes taking you to Malmö Central station. A very convenient location and very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The rooms were spotless, everything I needed for a week in at Eurovision in Malmo. And once I figured out how to use chrome cast for the t.v. It was plain sailing. Great location as a base for exploring, access to city and for transport links. Big super market 5 minutes away. Great working and socialising venue, and thegym was excellent. The staff are so lovely, patient and helpful. They have a super team. They would help in any way they could 24/7. I would highly recommend Unity and can’t wait……

“Vi elsker the more hotel. Vi har været her tre gange og hver gang er det en fornøjelse. Alt er i orden. Her er lækkert pænt og rent. Sengene er dejlige og værelset stort og skønt. Personalet er altid venligt. Morgenmaden er skøn. Der er alt hvad vi har brug for og kunne ønske os. ”

“原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。”

“The hotel was a good location for shopping, site seeing, and transportation. The only thing I did not like was the room was a little humid and damp. Maybe it was because of the weather while I stayed there. But overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Fint hotel med hurtig og nem indtjekning, meget centralt beliggenhed i København. Dejligt værelse med fin plads. ”

“We stayed at this property last week for 4 nights. We were impressed with the decor and cleanliness. There is a grocery store only a block away. The bus and ferry are only a few minute walk to get downtown. The main road is a bit busy in the morning but it is very quiet at night. We would definately stay here again.”

“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“The apartment was beautiful. There was an obvious high level of care taken to creates welcoming space. Everything in it was new. The walk to the harbor was only 10 minutes. Great location!”

“位於一個紅磚建築裡，乾淨且寬敞，位於安靜的區域附近沒有什麼商店。但房間有廚房且基本用品齊全也有洗碗機。入住是使用密碼自行入住，對我沒有造成困擾，覺得很方便不用等入住和退房。”

“Alt var som forventet, og lige lidt til. Lækker lejlighed, lækre møbler og dyner. Parkering foran lejlighed er møj dyrt :) Rengøringen af lige misset at gøre rent under sofaen - fandt en uventet "gave" da sengen skulle slås ud.”

“I'll start by saying the apartment was roomy, very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The location was perfect for us, with a cafe on street level and a 10-minute walk to the metro. But, we had some issues and would probably not stay here again. When we tried to check in (at the designated time), someone was taking photographs of the apartment, so we had to wait 10 minutes, then wait another 10 minutes while the place was cleaned (why would you not clean it……

“Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before ”
