“Beautiful apartment and very convenient location. But the sofa bed had large brown stains and the sofa bed sheet also had large yellow stains. Had to get the house keeping to change the bed sheet before it is usable. The shower door should be fixed to stop water leak.”

“The location is fantastic! 2 supermarkets with all the essentials on the same block, and 15 minutes walk to Atocha station (25 minutes with suitcases and the pavement is luggage friendly). ”

“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“I really really love this hotel. This staff are super helpful, they helped me to call the taxi to the airport and with my luggages also. The room was very spacious and caused me to walk a long corridor inside the room haha! It was secured too. ”

“This hotel has large suite so we stay there comfortably. The bathroom is large with separate room for toilet. The hotel has a large courtyard where there are nice plants. It is very close to metro subway, Diego de Leon so convenient. What I don’t like is that we can hear noise from next room people talking, also the shower design is bad for leaking out water easily so we were careful not to turning on water in large volume. Other than that, I really like the hotel. I will consider staying……

“The location was beyond amazing, 10 minutes to the Las Ventas Stadium, it was lovely. The staff was lovely too, I recalled when I enquired about laundry, they provided me with laundry pods without even asking for free. When we have concerned over speaking spanish over a delivery package, they helped us too. Thank you HA Apartahotel Quo Erosa. The room was incredle, had a little kitchen attached to it. Thank you - we love our stay there.”
