It does look like the place has been through quite a bit since our first visit but still worth the money. It's walking distance to a lot of things and even being right above a restaurant, it was quiet."

Overall the comfort level is adequate however there is no noise insulation around the sleeping quarters and the sounds from the house above are immediate and sadly audible.The hours indicated as quiet time in the listing were not adhered to and late night noise made the stay very uncomfortable resulting in leaving after the first night. "On the surface everything was great, if you’re sensitive to smells I might choose something else. The hallway had a strong odor and there was smoking smell in the bathroom. A few small issues with the coffee maker, the bathroom sink, and the bed frames but nothing glaring."
