“How to access the property was not clearly defined, as a result there was an unpleasant delay in settling in. Once we gained access we noticed large carpenter ants all over and there was dirt and garbage on the floor under the sofa. This is what was obviously visible, I can’t image the filth that was not immediately visible. I do not recommend this property.”

“The physical aspect of the apartment was adequate although the bathroom facility is extremely basic, cramped, and is in need of some finishing work. Overall the comfort level is adequate however there is no noise insulation around the sleeping quarters and the sounds from the house above are immediate and sadly audible.The hours indicated as quiet time in the listing were not adhered to and late night noise made the stay very uncomfortable resulting in leaving after the first night.
