"I would highly recommend staying here, it's perfect for what we were looking for. It was very clean, had plenty of space for our group. There are trail heads within minutes of the house which was perfect. The host was easy to get ahold of and very nice to talk to, helped us with anything we needed."

"Beautiful property that’s very dog friendly! Love the doggie door to a fenced portion of the yard. Very nice fire pit with comfy chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Everything you need to cook/bake in the kitchen. Very private with beautiful views but close to town. Tyler responds very quickly and is very available. I also accidentally left my wedding band behind and Tyler went straight there and found it for me and shipped it safely back to me! Above and beyond kind. We definitely plan to return in the future!"

"The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and laundry facilities had everything we needed. The location felt private while also being conveniently located. Very close to Chief Logan State Park, which was really fun to explore. The owner was friendly and provided good ideas of things to do in the area.Be sure to get check-in details ahead of time, as our cell reception was spotty in this area. There was a fairly strong cat urine odor upon entering the home, but there was Febreze in the bathroom which helped to remedy that. "

"We’ve stayed in many houses around the Hatfield McCoy trail system and this house is now one of our favorites. Another review said it was like walking into your own home and that’s exactly right. Very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, crockpot, utensils and spices and such. All linens, soaps, toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags are there. About 4.5 miles to a couple different trail entrances, for Braveheart and Rockhouse. Steve and Diana have gone above and beyond to make you feel at home. Many personal touches and nice photos and tributes to their son throughout. We highly recommend this home."
