Spinnweben, Haarbüschel, in den Ecken lag Duplo-Papier, es wurde nicht sauber gemacht und man bezahlt die Endreinigung und es wird dafür nicht sauber gemacht. Finde ich nicht schön. Habe Beweisbilder gemacht."

"Lüneburg ist immer eine Reise wert und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, toller Empfang, saubere Zimmer- vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig- viele Ablagen. Das Parkhaus ist klein, aber bis jetzt hatten wir immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Ganz toll die Minibar ist inklusive und die Leckerlis ( Stuten, Weingummi, Obst, Getränke ) beim Empfang. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder..."
