“Away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet country cottage. Had a pony and a donkey that visited over the fence a couple of times. Gorgeous at night with the moreporks and the "dark sky" area. Comfotable bed, nice and warm, little fireplace and an amazing shower. All-in-all, a very pleasant little place.”

“The bach was a short walk from the Foxton estuary and within an easy drive to the beach. It was well set up for a couple or small family stay with recommended cafe and takeaways nearby. The hosts communicated promptly and provided useful information about the locality.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here - lovely new house in a small coastal settlement about 15 mins drive from Whanganui. Very clean and tidy, great bathrooms and even has a butlers pantry. Would definitely come back. Owner was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.”
