"I hate to leave a bad review because the employees seem nice and responsive but this is a travelers nightmare. When you’re traveling to an unknown city you want to stay in a place that is safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Unfortunately thats not what this company provided. When you book they dont tell you that its an apartment complex with actual residents all around you. The apartments are run down, you have to walk through a dark corridor to get to your apartment and the complex is...

"It was amazing stay great house great pool excellent location "

"The check-in process was hassle free and we were able to get in right on time. The pool and outdoor area provided hours of entertainment for our group. The house was located in an area that was close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The pool and backyard was amazing and great for the whole family! Everything was very clean and there were no issues - highly recommend."

"The grounds and the room were very clean and beautiful! We had most everything we needed. The cleaning staff didn’t speak English so it was difficult to convey to them what we needed. We needed a bar of soap for the kitchen and she gave us towels and wash clothes instead. Maybe a laminated chart with pictures to aid in communication would be beneficial. "
