"Rooms were spacious and there is lots of room. Only one parking space on the sidewalk in front of the house in case you have two cars. The actual address is 219BIS, not 221 as listed on VRBO so that you can more easily find it. There is NO AC in case you were wondering but the house did cool down after dark. The roof windows were full of bees with one having a large hive, so keep those closed. Very clean and stocked well! Worked well for our large family of 10."

"Very spacious, modern, updated apartment in the heart of Metz. Conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and historic sites. The check-in process was very smooth. The informational video regarding check-in, amenities etc. was perfect. The only problem we had was that the place was not clean and I had to call the maid to come back and clean the next day. There were dirty towels left in the drawers, the floors were dirty and all the shelves were dusty. However, she responded immediately...

"This property was a challenge to get into and an even bigger challege to work out the parking as the parking pass wasn't left for us, but the location, the cleanliness and quality of the apartment itself, and the views were so perfect we would stay there again. Definitely recommend overall - we loved it. "

Nach melden vom Incident wurde keinerlei konkrete Hilfe geboten. Erst am Abreise Tag, als wir schon weg waren, kam jemand vom Agentur um das Problem zu beurteilen. "
