“Jon & Carolyn’s waterfront vacation home has everything ( and I do mean everything) you need to create some of the most beautiful family memories. My parents ( who are in their 80s) walked through the door and could not stop commenting all through the week on how this amazing space was both beautiful and had so much attention to detail. They felt so much a part of each activity because it only required a few short steps to be on the patio playing a board game with the ocean as the backdrop,……

“The listing states a 1 bedroom, don’t be confused thinking there is a room with a door and then another room, as it’s just a single room with a bed. There was one gentleman that was very blunt and rude with his words. I unfortunately dealt with him prior to my visit, via phone, and once I got there. However, I had interaction with two others and the experience with them was very pleasant! Breakfast staff was extremely welcoming and friendly! “Jenny,Chris, and their son were super friendly and communicative. I really enjoyed my stay. Jenny allowed me to check in early and add an extra night. The boat was spacious and comfortable for two people. The only critic is the boat could use some detailing (this is coming from my boat detailing Boyfriend). The boat was clean but with a good detailing it can be perfect thanks Jenny and Chris. ”

“We stayed for my Bachelor trip and it was a very good location regarding the casinos which is what we mainly visited for. The house was awesome and the backyard and river access was a huge plus. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area near Foxwoods or Mohegan”

“We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The home was comfortable, the pool was lovely and the access to the private beach nearby was a big draw. The downstairs of the house is quite chilly, and the deck would benefit from upgraded seating but overall a very nice home.”

It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. ”
