「A cozy little cabin in the Adirondacks! It was a great base for our explorations, and a lovely place to rest when we weren't adventuring! The wooden ADK chairs on the sunny porch and relaxing hammock were favorite spots! Touches like having games, walking sticks, and even a guitar available made it feel like home. Our host was responsive with communication, and all the information and suggestions throughout were very thoughtful. Will keep this on our list of favorites!」

「Cons:When we first walked in to the rental the first thing we smelled was the stench of cigarette smoke!!! We bought fragrance spray but didn't work. There were two in window air conditioners that were not sealed. Because of that the rental was infested with mosquitos and other little flying bugs that were attracted to the inside lights and us! We were consistently killing them. Also the ones we we weren't able to kill just died and were laying on the counters, floor and counter tops (bathroom...

「We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.」
