"It was a big pleasure to have a stay at this house. The location and views are breathtaking, there was no morning or evening in this villa without saying 'oh what a beauty!'. "De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. Geen kitranden, losse wandcontactdozen, losse deurslot. Het bad werd niet warm genoeg. We hebben bijgevuld met de waterkoker. Het diner was een...

"It was not quite what I expected. It was not 5 star by US standards, but it was ok. The mosquitoes were a bit much- having them in our bedroom and bathroom was annoying, but the staff did their best to help. Overall, it was ok, probably one of the better hotels in Kandy."
