“The Farm House is amazing. We booked the entire house (including the unit) which gave us plenty of space to accomodate our 3 children’s families and us.Polen is an excellent host.We were able to accommodate 12 people - including a camper trailer for sleeping only. We only had access to the Farm House yard but the children enjoyed riding their bicycles in this area, having campfires and playing.To cold to use the pool but would recommend this accommodation.”

“The property was as advertised. Very secure, quiet despite being near a train station, extremely clean, and eco-friendly. The staff were prompt and helpful. One thing we found (the ONLY complaint) is that the apartment was quite cold, and the heating in the main room is not sufficient for both rooms, which made it a bit cold at night. ”

“Inner facilities: Very comfortable to stay with adequate equipments and space for a family. Location is convenient with walking distance to Preston market and station.”

“We stayed while we were visiting Melbourne for football games at MCG. Its a convenient lication with good facilities both within the unit/hotel and surrounding location. Especially having 3 active boys with the park so close by for them to burn off energy.”

“This clean and spacious apartment was very comfortable. Bed and the bathroom were great. Our room included a large balcony. Tea and Coffee were sparce, with two Coffee pods, and two tea bags, neither of which were normal tea. If I was staying any more than one night I would need to buy Coffee and real milk. ”
