“The house was very clean and like many said, the beds were very comfortable. Host was easy to contact, and very quick to respond. ”

“Pros: Quiet end unit townhome that backs up to wooded lot. Back bedroom is very dark at night. Comfortable, nice extras like toiletries, close to many options for dining and shopping. Cons: Direct communication with host was lacking. Everything from host was automated but I did not get responses to a message sent on check in day. An email in reply was kicked back as undeliverable. The kitchen is stocked with basics but could use an updated knife set; there were no chefs knives (all serrated)……

“It was a nice home, very clean and a lot of amenities .. the only negative was the floor squeaked through out the house every time someone walked . I don’t particularly like being filmed .. and neighbors dogs were aggressive . .. ”

“A couple of things. This place was conveniently located to get to Campbell easily. And the house was very well taken care of. TVs in the bedrooms. Communication was great. But what I loved the most was that they weren’t just “pet friendly”…they were pet accommodating!! There were towels and sheets for the dogs. The couch had a cover. There was a pooper scooper in the yard. And little treats in the basket! Our dogs felt very welcome!”

“This property was very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive to our questions and checked in with us while there to ensure our stay was perfect. We have all good things to say about the house and host! Will definitely stay here again whenever we are back in Clarksville!”

“It was a nice quiet neighborhood. So much better than staying at a hotel.”

“The air conditioning does not work properly. Manager states he will work on fixing that. The furniture needs updating as it’s falling apart and hazard to someone getting hurt. The kitchen table top is not attached. The counters have tape all over them. The manager is very communicative. The neighbors had a party most of the night and kept us awake all night when we had to be up at 4:00. It’s a very busy loud neighborhood. Not in the best area either. ”

“Our experience was good. It was clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working and we called the host and they were able to get it fixed right away. The only suggestion I would have is to provide more than 1 towel and 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms as we stayed for 3 days in a row.”
